Even during a global pandemic, Technoir’s Annual Christmas Party cannot be stopped!
Here we are at the end of 2021 and boy was this one a bit of a dud, especially for those among us of the Techno persuasion!
Not very long ago things did not look good for closing out this year in the way we have become accustomed these past 16 years, but somehow we’ve made it through to the other side and that means it’s all systems go for our 17th Annual Christmas Party!
This will be our first party with ‘normal’ conditions for nearly two years at our wonderful home Colour, as we take over both levels for a night of diverse Techno sounds.
Upstairs we are really excited to welcome one of Melbourne’s premier hardware-based live acts; Electro wizard Jani Ho.
Joining him up there will be Technoir favourite C:1; who returns after a long absence to grace us with an all vinyl Ghetto-Tech set! Also returning we have past Christmas guest XANTHRAXX, who will be bringing an eclectic blend of Techno flavoured party delights.
Downstairs we will be welcoming Apsarah and E V E to the Technoir stage for the first time, alongside another Technoir Christmas stalwart guest in the form of Qualé.
As always Technoir residents Simon Slieker and Ranjit Nijjer will be rounding out the roster, with Simon slated to contribute yet another one of his epic closing sets. We’d love you to come and join us for a night of cathartic connection via dance as well as a celebration of the world class Techno purveyors of Melbourne!

We live, work and play on land that was forcibly taken from Aboriginal people. There has been no Treaty with the First Nations of this place and the effects of colonisation continue to this day. We would like to acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung people, on whose land this event will take place.
